of the programme
Launched by TotalEnergies in 2014, the Young Graduate programme is an innovative initiative aimed at recent graduates from more than thirty African countries. Straight after leaving university, this scheme offers them a genuine first professional experience, whilst providing them with an international outlook.
Through this programme, TotalEnergies supports young Africans in entering the job market and helps them enhance their employability. This approach demonstrates the Company’s strong commitment as a responsible economic player on the African continent.
Structure of the Young Graduate programme
The Young Graduate programme runs for a total of 18 months and consists of two distinct and complementary phases:
First phase: 6 months on a local contract in the home country
During this period, recent graduates receive training in TotalEnergies’ business lines, in areas such as finance, sales or operations.
Second phase: 12 months abroad
This stage takes place within another TotalEnergies entity in Africa or at the head office in Paris. It allows participants to build on the professional experience gained during the first phase, discover new horizons and develop interpersonal and intercultural skills.
The Human Resources department at TotalEnergies Marketing Côte d’Ivoire is currently seeking a Young HR Graduate.
This opportunity is aimed at those wishing to take on new challenges in the field of human resources and give their career a fresh boost.
It is particularly suited to candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in data and data analysis, have a good command of Excel, and may have some initial successful experience in human resources (personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, HR development).
