YMCA Basketball Officials officiate youth basketball games for Pre-K to 6th Grade boys and girls.
Maren Carlson, Itty Bitty Sports Instructor said, "I love my job because I love the work I get to do. "Work" almost doesn't seem like the right word. The majority of what I do is playing. When I coach Itty Bitty I love joining in and leading the games we play to teach skills. When I'm not playing, I love getting to cheer on and encourage the little ones as they get excited about their successes."

We are looking for someone who displays the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Must know the rules, procedures, and terminology of the sport(s). Experience playing, coaching or officiating sport(s) applicable to session(s) preferred. The ability to handle competing demands and appropriately maintain control of games required. The desire to work with young children preferred.
