Job Specific Working Conditions:
North Seattle Young Life is seeking a Part-Time Staff Associate to help develop and grow WyldLife, our middle school ministry, in North Seattle. This person will primarily focus on building a thriving WyldLife presence at one of our public middle schools in the Northeast part of Seattle, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position. The Staff Associate will work closely with the Area Director, volunteer leaders, parents, and community members to build a sustainable ministry where middle school students are known, cared for, and invited into meaningful relationships with caring adults and Jesus.
We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves middle school students, and loves developing people The ideal candidate is relational, self-motivated, teachable, and excited about building community in Seattle. In Seattle we value having a heart for the marginalized in our community and ministries, and this position would require that. They should be comfortable initiating relationships with students, parents, and potential volunteers and have a desire to grow as a ministry leader.
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is outlined below. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the United States.
The anticipated salary range is $23,000 -$46,000depending on the number of hours. This position is eligible for a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) depending on the zip code in which the candidate lives.
