We are seeking a dedicated Yardsman to join our busy Toyota sales department at Croydon.

What you’ll do:

• Keep the yard looking clean, tidy, and welcoming – we’re always “on show” at Phil Gilbert Motor Group.
• Detail all stock for yard display, including washing, polishing, claying, buffing, etc.
• Detail sold vehicles for timely delivery to our valued guests.
• Liaise with external contractors, such as delivery drivers, photographers, and panel repairers.
• Coordinate with our Service and Pre-Delivery teams for vehicle reconditioning and aftermarket applications.

What will help you succeed:

• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for your work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously or as part of a busy, focused team.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Pride in your work with great attention to detail.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence is essential.
