We're looking for a Yardperson to join our Adelaide Grounds & Portables branch. As an important part of our branch team, you'll work closely with our customer service and trade specialists to keep equipment moving efficiently, support customers on site, and ensure our yard operates safely and smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Safely load and unload equipment using correct handling procedures
• Work closely with our customer service and trades team to prepare equipment and support customer hire requirements
• Welcome customers and assist with equipment collections and returns
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free yard environment
• Clean and prepare equipment ready for hire
• Support daily branch operations and contribute to a positive team culture
• Promote and uphold Coates' strong commitment to safety

What you'll bring to the role

• A current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence (essential)
• Experience loading and unloading equipment, including knowledge of load restraint practices (highly desirable)
• A strong knowledge of and commitment to safety
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
