• Meslek lisesinin makine, motor sanat vb. bölümlerinden mezun ya da minimum Mekanik Bakımcı (Seviye 3) mesleki yeterlilik belgesi sahibi,
• Tercihen Rafineri ve Petro – Kimya tesisinde en az 2 yıl tecrübeli,
• B sınıfı ehliyet ve minimum SRC 3 belgesine sahip,
• Mekanik sistemlere hakim ve tercihen mekanik bakım işinde tecrübeli,
• MS ofis programlarını kullanabilen,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
• Öğrenmeye istekli ve sorumluluk sahibi, ve çözüm odaklı,
• İletişim becerileri yüksek, takım çalışmasına yatkın, planlama yapabilen,
• İzmit’te ikamet eden/edebilecek.
• İş sağlığı ve güvenliği, işletme güvenliği ile ilgili gözlemlediği problemleri anında ilgili sorumlulara raporlamak,
• Günlük iş planına göre sahada gerekli kontrol ve değişim işlemlerini yapmak, iş planına mutlak suretle uyum sağlamak,
• İş sürecinin başından sonuna kadar yönetilmesini sağlamak,
• Sahada kullanılacak olan malzemelerin tedariğini, çıkan atık malzemelerin yönetilmesini sağlamak• Gün içerinde yapılan işleri bağlı bulunduğu formene ve elektronik ortamda sisteme raporlamak,
• Gelişen ve değişen ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda işin geliştirilmesini sağlamak,
• Operasyon sarfiyatını asgari seyiyeye düşürülmesine yönelik projeler oluşturmak,
• İşletme ekipmanlarının sorunsuz çalıştığını düzenli olarak takip etmek, anormal durumları anında ilgili sorumlulara ve sisteme raporlamak,
• İş yapılan bölgenin temizlik, düzen ve tertibinden sorumlu olmak,
• İş sırasında kullanılan el aletleri, yağ pompaları, gres tabancaları vb. ekipmanların periyodik temizlik, kontrol ve gerekirse bakımlarını yapmak,
