As a valued team member of Knudson Lumber, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual who is passionate about contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer assistance or direct them to the appropriate team member as needed.
• Loading and Unloading: Accurately load customer vehicles or trailers while adhering to company safety protocols.
• Yard Maintenance: Keep all areas of the yard and barns organized and tidy, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory, ensuring stock is properly managed and organized.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for both team members and customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate machinery as required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
