Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 Salary/year
Job Shift: FirstWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Yard Supervisor to lead our yard operations team. In this role, you will provide daily coaching, oversee inventory and finished goods quality, and ensure safe and efficient shipping and receiving processes. You will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.  This position pays between $65,000-$72,000.

QualificationsResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage the yard team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring accountability.
- Oversee loading and unloading of products according to DOT trailer specifications.
- Maintain accurate yard inventory, conduct cycle counts, and monitor stock levels.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective coordination of deliveries with customers, drivers, and transportation services.
- Support hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
- Promote and enforce safety best practices while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
- Assist in maintaining and scheduling repairs for company vehicles and equipment.
- Work closely with the Shipping Manager, production team, and sales to optimize workflow and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-training efforts within the team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of warehouse or yard leadership experience required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS D365.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in outdoor conditions, and operate forklifts (certification required).
- CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
