Jewson are recruiting for an experiencedYard Sales Supervisorto join our thriving branch in Torquay

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday  07:30 – 17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00
 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects 

• Get to know our product lines so you can offer help and advice 

• Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning 

• Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!) 

• Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed 

• Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products 

• Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts 

• Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority 

• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
