Job Shift: AnySeptic/Yard Personnel - MUST HAVE HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE

What you’ll be doing:
- Shoveling material, sweeping around the plant and hosing down the yard
- Driving forklift, backhoe or loader to move rock into bins for the conveyor
- Keeping reclaim ponds clean so trucks can continue to unload their extra ready mix material
- Helping mechanics fix plants when issues arise
- Moving or loading material from one location to another, operating heavy duty equipment
- Landscaping that includes weeding and raking
- Emptying bins/garbage from main office or plants when full or requested
- Cutting, bending, and welding rebar
- Pouring and finishing concrete septic tanks into forms and other various concrete precast items
- Assembling plastic septic tanks and/or pulling related parts for customer orders

QualificationsWhat you’ll need:
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to start work at 6 AM, or earlier, work flexible hours, overtime, and Saturdays
- Loader and/or forklift experience is a plus!
- Precast experience is appreciated, but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
