Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: Full Time

We are looking for a BESS Hub Supervisor to manage daily yard operations and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise yard employees and daily work activities.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound trucks.
  • Monitor loading, unloading, and product movements.
  • Assign daily tasks to yard employees.
  • Ensure all employees follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard.
  • Check inventory and report any discrepancies.
  • Report product, equipment, or property damage.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor employee attendance and work performance.
  • Support yard operations when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, yard, or logistics experience is required.
  • Experience in supervising and leading warehouse or yard.
  • Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
  • Good communication and basic computer skills.
  • Strong safety awareness.
  • Able to work outdoors in Phoenix weather.
  • Able to work weekends and flexible hours when required.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Schedule may include weekends, overtime, and holidays depending on operational needs.

Primary Goal

Maintain a safe, organized, productive, and efficient yard operation while meeting daily receiving and shipping requirements.

The base pay range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
