We're searching for a hands-on leader to take charge of our Bathurst yard and help drive a safe, productive, and high-performing operation. As our Yard Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a close-knit team and ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and profitably every day.
You'll be the go-to person on site, balancing people leadership, operational performance, customer relationships, safety, and continuous improvement.

Sims Metal, division of Sims Limited, is a global metal recycler with operations that encompass the buying, processing and selling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our metal recycling operations are located across the United States, Australasia and the United Kingdom and comprise a network of processing facilities – many with deep-water port access supported by an extensive network of feeder yards. We provide customized recycling services to meet the individual needs of commercial and industrial scrap metal producers, and we buy ferrous metal from metal dealers, peddlers, auto wreckers, demolition firms and others who generate obsolete metal, and from manufacturers who generate industrial metal.
