Performs DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
duties and otherwise assists in the care and maintenance of College grounds and
buildings at assigned locations. Work is
often performed in harsh outdoor weather environments including sun, heat,
cold, snow, wind, rain, etc.

fertilize turf, apply pesticide, and perform general grounds maintenance. Operates the necessary equipment needed
for these tasks including, but not limited to, riding lawn mower, tractor,
front end loader, back hoe, dump truck, roller, power sprayer, stump
grinder, cherry picker, vehicle trailer and various other utility vehicles
with attachments.

Target Hiring Rate: Minimum salary $48,651.20/annually
