Operate a yard loader safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility
Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic upkeep
Support production needs by ensuring consistent material flow
Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate daily tasks
Follow all safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety practices
Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable communication skills and teamwork mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$21-$23 per hour
