We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded team members to join our growing operation in Whiteland, Indiana This is a unique hybrid role combining EV Lot/Terminal Truck operation with forklift duties — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the day.

?? What You’ll Do

• Operate EV Lot/Terminal Trucks (mini electric yard trucks) to move and reposition trailers throughout the yard

• Support warehouse operations as a Forklift Driver when not moving trailers

• Maintain safe, efficient flow of equipment and materials

• Work closely with yard and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly

?? Available Shifts

We’re hiring multiple positions across several shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 openings)

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (2 openings)

• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 opening)

?? Pay & Shift Premiums

• Base Pay: $22.45/hr

• 2nd Shift Premium: +$1.00/hr

• Weekend Shift Premium: +$1.50/hr

?? What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating EV Lot/Terminal Trucks or yard trucks

• Forklift experience (certification a plus)

• Strong safety awareness

• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced yard/warehouse environment
