About the position:
We are looking for a yard hand / grounds person to join our small and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous mine site experience working in the village in a hands on role. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of essential tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities are meeting the expectations of management. You will be required to complete minor maintenance on the camp and facilities, delivering fresh linen to concierge team, managing the village and site commercial waste, (tip runs) deep cleaning commercial infrastructure - laundry's and kitchen hoods, driving the HR truck to Kalgoorlie once a week to collect supplies, assisting with various ad hoc tasks and taking responsibility for the general tidiness of open areas. You must have attention to detail with excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
This is on a 2:1 roster, day shift only, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie. Immediate start.
