An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a well-presented and organised Yard hand to join the team at Castle Hill BMW.

The Role:

You will play an integral role in maintaining the presentation and operational flow of the dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles and dealership grounds are maintained to the highest standard, supporting the service and sales teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensuring outdoor areas of the showroom and service centre are clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Maintaining the presentation of dealership grounds and vehicle display areas.
• Liaising with Service Advisors to ensure customer vehicles are parked appropriately, ready for collection, and displayed in designated customer parking areas.
• Moving and parking vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service departments.
• Preparing all new and used vehicles for delivery.
• Assisting with general yard organisation and vehicle movements as required.
• Supporting the sales and service departments with vehicle-related tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership.
