yamagigu is inviting Expressions of Interest from those interested in joining Australia’s largest First Nations consulting business. As part of our ongoing workforce planning, we are building a talent pool of community-minded individuals who may be considered for future opportunities, from Consultant to Senior Manager level.

Essential Skills

• Analytical Thinking Ability to break down complex problems and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Communication Skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication and the ability to present information effectively to clients and team members.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion and strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Client Relationship Management Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and great understand of client needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Team Collaboration Experience working in team settings.

Desirable Skills

• Cultural AwarenessSensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and practices.
• Industry Knowledge Specific knowledge in key industries such as Economic Development, Digital transformation and innovation and Systems change and implementation
• Problem-Solving Abilities Creative thinking and innovative approaches to challenges.

• Leadership Qualities Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire teams.
