XXIO Territory Consultant
Position Summary:
Territory Consultant has a critical role in providing event and sales support for our top markets. This role is vital in showcasing the XXIO difference on the range at green-grass facilities. Trial is important to our success, and the Territory Consultant will be extremely dedicated to fitting events and elevating sales, perception, and marketing efforts in our busiest markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Territory Management & Customer Support
- Assist and support multiple XXIO Territory Managers in growing the XXIO business with authorized dealers, expanding the dealer network, and promoting XXIO Fitting Days.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective authorized dealers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Responsible for achieving established sales objectives and key performance metrics, including but not limited to dealer acquisition, van sales, and the number of trial/fitting events.
- Gather and communicate competitive market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends to support territory sales strategies.
- Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional dealer and customer experience.
Event Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate logistics for XXIO fitting events, including scheduling, equipment preparation, and dealer communication.
- Travel extensively during the Spring and Summer seasons to support XXIO Experience Days throughout the northern United States.
- Spearhead technical product training for XXIO dealers and their staff.
Reporting & Administration
- Submit accurate quarterly and annual van inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate sales activities, territory updates, and event outcomes as required.
Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidential information.
- Expected to participate in meetings related to safety topics and attend safety training sessions related to this role, department, and the company.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or hazards immediately.
Training Compliance
- Training is essential to supporting employee development, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of performance.
- Complete all required role-specific and company-wide training by assigned deadlines to remain compliant and job-ready.
- Promptly notify your supervisor of any issues that may delay completion.

Education
- GA Professional Golf Management Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 2-5 years of sales experience (preferably in the golf industry)
License and Certifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present products and build relationships with customers and dealers.
- Strong golf club knowledge is required and advance golf fitter experience including golf fitting technology.
- Ability to respond professionally to dealer and customer needs, resolve issues, and build trusted business relationships that support customer satisfaction and territory growth.
- Strong sales and consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to influence dealers and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple events and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Self-motivated and engaging, with the ability to create positive interaction with internal and external customer in customer in field-based and event-driven settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and CRM or sales reporting systems.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and accommodate evening, weekend, and seasonal travel requirements. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as business needs require.

Physical Demand:

Work Environment:
The Territory Consultant position requires daily travel to golf courses, retail locations, and other facilities where fitting events, promotions, and customer engagements are conducted. During peak seasons, particularly in the summer months, the role may require extended travel, including multiple weeks in other markets to support additional territories.
This position qualifies for a company-provided vehicle for business travel. The work schedule includes weekdays, work evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
The role involves extensive driving between fitting events, dealer visits, customer locations; and out of the state. Employees are also responsible for transporting, setting up, and dismantling event equipment, including demo day tents, golf bags, and fitting equipment. Because the majority of work is performed outdoors at golf courses, employees should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Periodic overnight and out-of-state travel is required based on business needs.
