Xray Cloud Specialist / Test Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Xray Cloud Specialist to professionalize and standardize test management within a Jira Cloud environment. The consultant will define the target Test Management model, establish governance and standards, configure Xray, and support teams in adopting the solution.

Responsibilities

• 
  Analyse existing QA and test management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• 
  Define the target Test Management architecture and governance model
• 
  Configure Xray Cloud and Jira Cloud according to best practices.
• 
  Define standards for Test Cases, Test Executions, Test Plans, Test Sets and Test Environments
• 
  Establish naming conventions, classifications, roles, permissions and responsibilities.
• 
  Implement traceability between requirements, user stories, defects, test cases and test campaigns.
• 
  Create standard dashboards, reports and quality KPIs
• 
  Define the foundations for future test automation and CI/CD integration.
• 
  Assess integrations with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Jenkins
• 
  Define principles for importing and managing automated test results in Xray.
• 
  Train administrators and key users and support QA/project teams.
• 
  Produce user guides, governance documentation and best practices.
• 
  Advise technical and business stakeholders on long-term Test Management strategy.

Requirements

• 
  Proven expertise with Xray Cloud and Jira Cloud
• 
  Strong experience implementing Test Management frameworks and QA processes.
• 
  Knowledge of Xray and Atlassian APIs
• 
  Experience integrating Xray with test automation and CI/CD solutions.
• 
  Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, QA governance, test traceability and quality management
• 
  Experience defining scalable Test Management architectures and standards.
• ISTQB certification is an advantage.
• 
  Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
