2. Develop structural optimization proposals for weight reduction and promote their implementation.
3. Collaborate across departments to propose lightweight improvement solutions for issues where the structure of key components fails to meet Veh. performance requirements.
4. Focus on track-focused models, take charge of planning cutting-edge lightweight technologies, and promote the preliminary research on solutions such as innovative materials, new processes, and new structures.
5. Based at the European R&D Center, serve as a communication bridge between the two locations (China and Europe) and gain insights into the cutting-edge lightweight technology trends in Europe.职位要求1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Automotive Engineering.
2. More than 8 years of work experience in lightweight technology, with participation in the development of at least one new architecture performance vehicle.
3. Have successful cases of promoting the implementation of lightweight structural design.
4. In-depth understanding of concept , materials, performance, processes, and new technologies of key components affecting Veh.mass
5. Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and a strong interest in the field of Veh. lightweight technology.
