1. Responsible for translating vehicle-level eAxle requirements into component system design, and conduct eAxle system concept design.
2. Responsible for competitive benchmarking and frontier technology research to sustain technical edge in eAxle system design, with structured gap assessment against OEM performance targets and industry innovation trends.
3. Responsible for technical communication with eAxle suppliers to validate feasibility of system concepts.
4. Monitored emerging technology adoption in the eAxle industry and evaluated project feasibility.职位要求【Qualifications & Skills】
1. Minimum 8 years of work experience in automotive OEM or eAxle Tier1, with leadership in developing minimum one mass production projects for eAxle systems.
2. Relevant academic background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Power Electronics disciplines.
3. Proficiency in critical component technologies in eAxle systems including eMotor, inverter, transmission, and system integration.
4. Proficiency in key issue solution of the eAxle system, including efficiency, thermal, NVH, reliability, EMC, etc.
5. Innovative mindset with demonstrated capability to apply creative problem-solving in eAxle system engineering. 投递
