岗位职责

1.需求与架构设计:负责自动泊车(APA)及记忆泊车(HPA)功能的客户需求分析,设计并持续优化车端业务逻辑与软件架构。

2.规控算法开发:负责泊车规控算法的设计、开发、优化与重构,制定算法KPI,并主导系统异常(如coredump)及复杂Bug的分析与修复。

3.创新功能拓展:负责泊车场景下创新性功能的预研、开发与验证,对标竞品并融合用户体验反馈,持续提升泊车系统产品力。

4.实车调测与闭环:负责APA/HPA功能的实车联调、性能测试及问题分析定位,确保车端功能性能的高质量交付。

5.AI驱动基建搭建:主导构建可持续开发的 Harness 工程框架(涵盖MIL/SIL、开闭环仿真等),为规控算法的快速迭代与自动化验证提供支持。

6.研发智能体与 Skill 开发:搭建面向研发流程的 AI Agent 架构,开发智能体 Skill 插件,将代码生成、Log分析、仿真触发等工程动作封装为可调用工具,实现研发流程的自动化与智能化。

7.LLM 辅助开发:运用大语言模型(LLM)辅助编码与算法迭代,设计高质量的任务指令与上下文管理策略,提升代码产出效率。

8.工程文档规范化:编写并维护高质量技术文档与配置文件(JSON/Markdown/HTML等),沉淀开发知识、测试用例与提示词模板,提升团队协作效率。

职位要求

任职资格

1.硕士及以上学历,计算机、车辆工程、人工智能、电子信息、机械电子、通信工程等相关专业。

2.精通 C/C++/Python 等编程语言,具备扎实的算法与数据结构基础;熟练掌握 JSON、Markdown等数据或文本格式。

3.具备从零搭建测试 Harness 工程框架的实战经验,精通自动驾驶仿真测试技术,熟练使用常用仿真工具(如CARLA、VTD、PreScan等)及自动化测试脚本开发。

4.精通 ROS 框架,具备 Linux 或 QNX 系统下的量产项目开发与调试经验。

5.熟练掌握软件架构设计模式,具备丰富的智驾域控端应用软件开发经验,熟悉各类中间件,并有算力与系统资源优化经验。

6.精通路径规划算法(如强化学习、混合A*、TEB、Lattice及基于AI的规划算法等),至少在2个量产或重点客户项目中成功应用上述算法,实现泊车功能及性能提升。

7.熟悉常用车辆纵向与横向控制算法,深入理解其原理及优劣势。

8.熟悉泊车场景的感知方案及应用趋势,了解低速车载传感器(摄像头、超声波、毫米波雷达、激光雷达)及多传感器融合感知算法,具备跨模块协作与系统级优化能力。

9.熟悉车载IMU、GPS及多传感器融合定位技术;具备自动泊车量产项目经验者优先。

10.洞察泊车领域算法发展趋势,具备新算法预研与落地能力。

11.熟练掌握大模型辅助编程技巧(如 Vibe Coding),精通提示词与上下文工程;精通 Harness 工程,必须能通过严格的自动化验证闭环,确保 AI 辅助生成的代码符合车规级量产标准。

12.具备独立搭建研发效能类 AI Agent 的能力,精通 Skill 开发(将工程工具与流程封装为Agent可调用的技能插件),熟练掌握 MCP 协议;有利用大语言模型(LLM)加速ADAS领域内代码开发、测试或问题分析的经验者优先。
