职位描述

  1. 设计与开发一段式/两段式路径与速度规划后处理算法,包括轨迹平滑与裁剪、曲率/加速度/横摆角约束校验、碰撞风险修正、无效轨迹滤除,以及规控接口适配等核心模块。
  2. 开发车辆横向与纵向控制算法,包括PID、LQR、MPC、前馈补偿的建模、参数调优,解决全场景(低/高速、直道/弯道)下的轨迹跟踪难题。
  3. 开展规控协同优化,定位并解决轨迹抖动、跟踪超调、舒适性差、执行器响应延迟等关键实车问题,打磨算法以满足量产要求。
  4. 搭建算法仿真与测试环境,利用Carsim/Prescan/Simulink等进行场景仿真与回归测试,支撑算法快速迭代。
  5. 牵头实车道路测试、数据采集与问题闭环,完成算法参数标定及边界场景适配,输出标准化的算法设计文档、测试报告及量产交付物。
  6. 与跨功能团队(感知、定位、决策等)协作进行系统集成与联调,确保高速NOA、城区导航、ACC、LCC等AD功能的稳定落地。

职位要求

  1. 车辆工程、控制工程、自动化、计算机科学、机器人等相关专业本科及以上学历;具备3年以上自动驾驶规控算法的实操开发经验。
  2. 硬性技能要求:精通自动驾驶一段式/两段式规划架构,具备规控后处理算法独立开发与实车调试的落地项目经验;在轨迹约束、平滑优化及规控耦合方面技术扎实。
  3. 深入理解一段式与两段式AI规划模型:熟悉基于AI的一段式端到端规划与两段式解耦规划框架的设计逻辑、输出特性、优缺点;能够优化后处理逻辑以匹配AI模型输出,提升算法一致性。
  4. 具备扎实的车辆动力学与自动控制原理基础;精通横向/纵向控制算法(LQR/MPC/PID),具备控制算法建模、参数调优及实车标定的实操能力。
  5. 熟练掌握C++/Python编程,精通ROS/Simulink开发,熟悉CarSim、Prescan等仿真工具;具备算法工程化与部署能力。
  6. 熟悉自动驾驶规控全链路工作流,具备极强的排故能力,能独立解决实车核心问题(轨迹跟踪、控制稳定性等)。
  7. 具备良好的文档撰写能力与团队协作精神,能适应快节奏的项目排期,高效完成算法迭代与问题闭环

加分项:

  1. 具备L2+~L3高速/城区NOA量产项目经验,熟悉算法在域控制器上的部署。
  2. 深入理解车辆执行器特性(转向/制动/驱动),具有线控底盘系统的适配与标定经验。
  3. 具备规控算法优化及极端场景解决(拥堵跟车、弯道超车、匝道汇入等)的成功实战经验。
  4. 具备对AI规划模型输出进行调优的实操经验,以提升实车驾驶性能与稳定性。
