Sales/Business Development Manager – Chemical Materials

Location: Moscow, Russia | On-site

We are hiring a Business Development / Sales professional to support the growth of an international chemical materials business in Russia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities in the Russian market
• Build and maintain relationships with local customers and partners
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, negotiation and follow-up
• Conduct market research and identify new commercial opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience
• Background in chemicals, specialty chemicals, chemical raw materials or related industrial materials
• Strong Russian market experience and local customer resources
• Able to work on-site in Moscow
• For Russian/local candidates: Chinese communication ability is required
• For Chinese candidates: fluent Russian is required
• Candidates should already have the legal right to work in Russia or valid local work status

Experience in battery materials, NMP, CNT/SWCNT, fine chemicals, solvents or related chemical products is preferred.

Compensation: Open and negotiable based on experience.
