Job Description

Cardinal Points Imaging is currently seeking an X-Ray Technologist for a PRN weeknights and weekend MR Tech Assistant position at our outpatient imaging center located in Raleigh. Evening, Saturday and Sunday.

This is an earn as you learn opportunity for candidates that have a desire to work in an outpatient setting, assisting our registered MRI Technologists with patient care.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with patients and assisting others, with a positive attitude and the aptitude to learn and master new skills.

This is a great opportunity for candidates that are interested in having exposure to multiple modalities, with future opportunities for cross training. Perfect for a new graduate or experienced Radiographer who is interested in learning multiple modality workflows and needs.

Earn as you learn training consists of seven weeks of paid online didactic coursework which is integrated into your work week at one of our centers. Upon completion of the online coursework in center job training, an employee is eligible for an exam to become certified as MRI Tech Aide.


Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

Must maintain current ARRT (R). New Graduates are welcome. All training will be available upon hire.

EDUCATION:

Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

ARRT Radiography Registered BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
