Job Description

We are a six-physician primary care office in east Montgomery.

We are looking for a full-time, weekday only, on-site X-Ray Technologist.

A busy office, the Technologist will be one of two working together to provide x-ray and bone density images as well as managing accurate imaging records. Job will include quality control, need to navigate practice EMR and PACS, and scanning reports. Patient safety is always a priority. Technologists collaborate with physicians and staff as well as reading radiologists.

Pay is negotiable and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Knowledge of and adherence to Radiation Safety guidelines and standards
• Understanding of general medical practices related to diagnostic imaging
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
• Previous experience in a clinical or medical practice setting is a plus, but newly registered technologists would be welcomed
