Job Description

The Production Technician must be skilled and detail oriented. You will operate and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

To excel as a Production Technician, you must have a strong understanding of Moxtek production processes and be able to provide direct support to the production team on the floor. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, supporting failure analysis and rework.

Essential Functions:

1. Operate and Monitor Equipment: Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and support maintenance of manufacturing equipment on the production floor.
2. Ensure Quality Inspect products for quality, ensuring high-performance standards.
3. 3 Document Processes Assist in writing and maintaining operating procedures and related documents to ensure clarity and consistency in production processes.
4. Support Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and quality control teams to optimize production and implement process improvements.
5. Promote Safety Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Maintain Accurate Records Accurately record production metrics and generate reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of production experience with Moxtek or a similar company.

1. Technical Proficiency Able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Comfortable working with mechanical tools and automated equipment.

3. Attention to Detail Keen attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
4. Computer Literacy Proficient with basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
