Job Description

x-one Bluebook Business Analyst

We are seeking an x-one Bluebook Business Analyst to join our Global IT team and drive the evolution of our global enterprise blueprint and process architecture framework. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical system capabilities and business operations, translating complex requirements into functional specifications to continuously optimize our global front-office platform. This is a Process Architecture & Framework Optimization role. Your focus will be on validation, data-driven alignment, and global process documentation.

Where You Will Work (Location & Compliance)

  • Primary Location: remote CET timezone - fulltime or 0.8 role.

  • Time Zone Specificity: This role requires full operational availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours

What You Will Achieve

As our x-one Bluebook Business Analyst, you will work directly under the Global Validation Lead (Product Owner) to maintain our single source of truth.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Defining the Blueprint: Analyzing business requirements, business cases, and user data to define "as-is" and "to-be" processes for the x-one bluebook platform.

  • Bridging the Gap: Effectively translating high-level business operational needs into precise technical and functional specifications.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Interfacing directly with Global Product Owners, the Global Learning team, and principal Business Analysts across multiple product streams (r-one, m-one, c-one, etc.).

  • Framework Optimization: Designing, implementing, and maintaining new services, standards, tools, and reports to manage parallel digital rollouts across 39 countries.

Must-Have Experience & Knowledge

  • Randstad Operational Knowledge: An absolute must. You must intimately understand how Randstad operates, its organizational structure, and daily work-floor pain points to rapidly onboard and comprehend our IT infrastructure.

  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, ideally within a complex, multinational corporate environment or an IT department related to HR Services.

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Language: An excellent, fluent command of the English language (written and verbal).

Technical & Core Mindset

  • AI-Driven Problem Solving: Highly comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize, automate, and improve daily documentation and data processes.

  • Meticulous & Structured: A "First time right" motto. You possess excellent time-management skills and love keeping deep technical details organized.

  • Agile & Tools: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot effortlessly between deep technical details and practical end-user impact in a fast-evolving global environment.

What You Get in Return

  • A competitive salary and attractive corporate benefits packages.

  • An instant, highly supportive global network of 34,680 colleagues across 39 markets.

  • A strong commitment to work-life balance and job security.

  • A deeply positive, entrepreneurial, and vibrant company culture where success is actively celebrated.

  • Extensive learning, personal growth, and development opportunities via our Talent & Expertise Group (TEG) communities of practice.
