WWCO - Sales Demos
In this role, you will expand your knowledge of ADPs Workforce Software Product to provide support to our Sales Associates and Solution Consultants. Every question you answer will help advance a sales opportunity forward and put ADP in a position to win. You will continually upgrade knowledge and skills relating to new product rollouts, existing products and new technology to increase proficiency in support capabilities. You have more time to focus on learning because this role does not require to interact with external clients. Instead, you work deeply with Sales and Solution Consultants to further ADP Sales Growth targets.
Accomplish the mission of increasing ADP sales growth by providing collaborative support and by fielding product questions through Salesforce. Act as the single point of accountability to provide sales support by HCM channel. Assist Sales and Solution Consultants in the sales cycle by working through client and prospect specific scenarios, and/or suggesting additional resources or products to meet their needs. Help to identify and develop tools to be used by Sales to increase effectiveness in presenting ADP products and services.
Technical Requirements:
Handson experience with enterprise software configuration, Workforce Software/HCM systems, and complex business rules, with proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data validation and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge in ADP HCM Time Module.
Familiarity with JavaScript or other objectoriented languages, ability to interpret technical documentation, and adapt quickly to evolving product features and demo environments.
