HP is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support the day-to-day execution of key Instant Ink initiatives across markets, partners, and channels.

This role is focused on operational delivery: coordinating promo and card requests, managing localization workflows, maintaining partner and vendor information, tracking execution status, and helping teams move work forward on time.

The Junior Program Manager will work closely with the WW Program Manager as well as with the Category, Product, Market and Operations teams to support execution, resolve issues, maintain accurate trackers and documentation, and improve the tools and processes that enable the Instant Ink business to scale effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promo and card operations

  • Coordinate request and asset delivery of promotional assets and Instant Ink prepaid cards, from intake through approvals, asset creation, and delivery.
  • Monitor prepaid card orders, stock levels, SKU setup dependencies, and production timelines to help avoid execution delays.
  • Track day-to-day status of promo requests, flag risks early, and follow through with the right teams to keep launches on plan.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting on promo performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date promo guidelines, request documentation, and stakeholder communications

Localization and content readiness

  • Manage localization requests to ensure content is accurate, translated on time, and facilitate connecting to market stakeholders when further validations are needed.
  • Coordinate across product, marketing, and local teams to resolve content doubts, clarify requirements, and keep deliverables moving.

Retail partner operations

  • Support retailer’s system onboarding, profile maintenance, and cancellation processes with accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Track partner compensation, payments, and pending invoices, and help coordinate resolution of operational issues.
  • Maintain core partner and channel documentation, including program files, trackers, and internal records such as Amplify materials.

Process, reporting, and tools

  • Maintain and improve core program tools, templates, trackers, and intake mechanisms used to manage promo and card operations.
  • Help structure reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into request status, execution progress, and operational performance.
  • Work with analytics and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and usable for decision-making.
  • Help prepare program updates, issue summaries, and concise materials for team and leadership reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring tasks using digital tools, including AI where relevant and appropriate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Relevant early-career experience in program coordination, project management, business operations, or category support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with consistency and follow-through.
  • Comfort working across teams, following structured processes, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboards, trackers, or workflow tools is a plus.
