Job Description

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. Oragnization and coordination for quotation in operation :

▪ Responsible for developing the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state of the art production processes and technologies.

▪ Participate in the quotation team (If assigned during this phase).

▪ Develop operations quotes for industrialization based upon product requirement, lean principles, robust processes

▪ Formulate future strategic manufacturing concept paths to achieve greater competitiveness in the market in terms of cost, efficiency, quality, etc.

Production line design:

▪ work out manufacturing concept and reach alignment with stakholders

▪ process flow planning

▪ production line capacity planning

▪ production line layout planning with consideration of ergonomics, safety respective. etc.

▪ Formation of relevant documents for production line design , e.g . flow chart, layout, PFMEA, poka-yoke, time analysis..

▪ Responsible to track and follow specific global decisions by operations Definition

▪ Assurance application of equipment standards/modules in regional/plant projects

Equipment Spec and supplier management:

▪ equipment / line specifiaction creation and release to supplier.

▪ Sourcing & order equipment with purchasing

▪ Tracking the status of equipment& regular reporting to management

▪ Organize acceptance and installation & validation of equipment

▪ Coordination and leading to solve critical problems in new line

New line estbalish

▪ line facility inquiry and installation

▪ ERP system maintenance requirement e.g master data, BOM, routing..etc

▪ equipment in place according layout planning

▪ new line supporting device / tools installed (e.g, sample cabinet, line naming / station naming, information board)

▪ Equipment debugging issues tracking

▪ organize trial run for process capability validation (CMK, MSA)

▪ Equipment final acceptance (logic, poka-yoke, cycletime ,etc)

▪ Edit production related documents and training line leader/ operators

New line ramp up

▪ launch KPI tracking, reporting

▪ organize IE team for problem solving, e.g machine downtime, material incoming quality issue,

▪ line indicator (e.g,. Cycle time, OEE, downtime, PPH ) reach designed targets and fulfill customer's demand

▪ updating production related documents which based on lessons learned from trail run., problem solving, e.g PFMEA, WI, SCs

Qualifications

At least bachalor degree and major in mechanical 、 electrical or engineering related education background.

Good at both sopoken and written English. CET-4 / CET-6

At least 2 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing field.

At least 3 years working experience in mechanical ,electrical and manufacturing field

Capable to interact with International teams

- Experience in intercultural projects is preferred

- Knowledge of English

- Knowledge of foreign language (depending on international team) is preferred
