What You Will Do:

• This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations

• The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement toaccomplishthe policy deployment objectives

• Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safetycomplianceand customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility

• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results anddeterminesimprovements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives

• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employeephilosophiesand Lean manufacturing

• Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results. 

• Flexibility to work 1st(6:00am-3:00pm) or 2nd(3:00pm- 11:00pm)shift based on operational requirements and business needs.

• Support travel to U.S. sites to assist with transition projects, work transfers, and production ramp-up activities as required

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.

• 1to 3 yearsas Team Leader or in asimilarrole,demonstratingleadership experience through direct people management or indirect leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, training, and coordinating team activities to achieve organizationalobjectives

• Proficient conversational and written English(80%), with the ability to activelyparticipatein meetingsandprofessional interactions.

• Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proven experience leading projectsfrom planning through execution, including coordination of cross-functional teams and achievement of projectobjectives

• Experience developing and executing recovery plans to address operational, production, or project performance gaps.

• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance in the resolution of complex manufacturing, operational, or engineering issues.

• Experience withline balancing, capacity planning, and production optimization.
