This exciting and challenging role requires effective engagement with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes. In this role, the Operations Lead works closely with the Operations Manager, the customer, and key stakeholders to achieve trial, or program objectives. This includes contributing to mission setup, supporting mission execution, and assisting in overall mission management to ensure efficient, safe and effective delivery. The role demands strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project objectives.
