Primary Responsibility: Coordination and implementation of workplace safety and health requirements on the HDB project site. Job Scope • Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site. • Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions. • Monitor compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures. • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations. • Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements. • Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works. • Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations. • Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other WSH documentation. • Liaise with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant parties on safety matters. • Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other relevant workplace safety and health requirements. Requirements • Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification. • Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore. • HDB project experience is preferred.
