Job Description

[What the role is]

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the management and optimisation of divisional pilot operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on process design to ensure successful delivery of high-impact pilot programmes whilst managing vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement.

[What you will be working on]

  • Management of divisions’ pilot operations, including vendor management
  • Design high throughput processes to handle large volumes of registrants and participants for pilots
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop automation solutions that add value to operations and processes
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful process and automation implementation
  • Work with management, internal and external stakeholders for continuous updates as the pilots go through multiple rounds of iterative design and innovation pilots

[What we are looking for]

Knowledge/Skills

You should possess the following skill sets:

  • Programming Proficiency Strong programming skills in UIPath and Excel to support RPA deployments.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to navigate complex projects independently and efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Process Optimization Robust knowledge of process analysis, design, and optimization, with a keen interest in advancing skills in RPA and process design
  • Communication and Collaboration Good communication skills, capable of delivering clear and effective messages to engage stakeholders, along with strong teamwork abilities.

Abilities/Aptitudes

  • Personal Effectiveness: A self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player: Enjoys working as part of a team to co-create and implement innovation projects.
