Student interns will oversee various research projects within the natural sciences laboratories. These projects will typically be environmental/agriculturally focused, with a heavy emphasis on mushrooms. However, internship might include more advanced research work in medicinal plant/fungal extracts. Students in this position will be given advanced research and management responsibilities, including advanced data analyzing and performing standardized experiments.
This position is ideal for students interested in biological sciences and research experience.

Qualifications: Full-time UPIKE student in good academic standing. This position is ideal for junior or senior students interested in biological sciences and research experience who already have extensive research experience and are looking at more of an advanced, supervisory role.

Additional Comments: Student must work a minimum of 80 hours in the semester. Student must enroll concurrently into CVL 401: Integrated Internship Experience and successfully complete this course.
