We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Wound Care LPN to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to specialize in wound care while making a meaningful impact on residents’ health and recovery.
As a Wound Care Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing specialized skin and wound care to residents under the direction of the physician, Director of Nursing, and/or Medical Director. You will play a key role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and improving overall resident outcomes.
