Job Description

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking applications for a board-eligible or board-certified physician to join our complex wound care center, which provides a multidisciplinary team-based approach for the treatment of complex wounds in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, including a hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) program.

This position will provide clinical care across outpatient wound clinics, inpatient consultation services, and hyperbaric medicine. The role includes opportunities for leadership and oversight of clinical, operational, and quality outcomes within the wound care and HBOT program.

The position includes participation in educational efforts for trainees and allied health staff. Our center has significant infrastructure and a highly collaborative environment to support individual professional pursuits, including research, education, administration, quality initiatives, and program development. This position includes participation in call coverage on a rotating basis.

License or Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related field. Certification in Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (or ability to obtain upon hire).
