We are seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in LTC facilities
located
in Campbellsville, Berea and somerset, KY.

As an NP, you will
participate
in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will
establish
a plan of care, change
dressings
and perform medically necessary debridement.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid NP License in the State of

•
Wound Care Certification (preferred)
•
Wound Care experience
•
Working:
2-3 days per week
