LumApps is seeking a dynamic Worldwide Accounting Manager based in Lyon. In this role, you will lead our global accounting team—which is uniquely organized by function rather than geography—to streamline operational processes from transactional execution through to month-end reporting handover.
Location: Lyon, France (Hybrid)
Reports To: Head of Accounting, Consolidation, Treasury & Tax
The Immediate Mission: Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple legacy systems in a bilingual (English/French) environment, while actively standardizing and aligning global workflows ahead of a single ERP integration

*Missions*

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead and mentor a worldwide accounting team structured by functional pillars (AP, AR, Cash, Payroll).
  

• Oversee daily global transactional processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls.
  

• Drive the month-end closing process to ensure a seamless, timely handover to the reporting team.
  

Standardization & ERP Transformation

• Maintain operational continuity across legacy systems while identifying inefficiencies.
  

• Standardize and align global accounting policies and workflows across all entities.
  

• Act as a key driver and stakeholder in the upcoming transition to a unified ERP system.
  

*Skills*

• Experience: 8+ years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in an international, fast-paced environment (Tech/SaaS sector is a major plus).
  

• System Expertise: Strong familiarity with complex accounting ecosystems and hands-on experience with ERP implementations or migrations
  

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
  

• Core Skills: Robust leadership capabilities, a process-optimization mindset, and the resilience to lead teams through organizational change.
