Description & Requirements

At Bupa, purpose meets possible. Join us and help shape a future where healthcare is more connected, more personal and more human.

We’re a global healthcare leader trusted by millions and committed to helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. We’re investing in more clinics, better systems and smarter, more connected ways to help our customers. As we continue to expand our services and invest in innovation, you’ll help create a healthcare system that meets people where they are, responds to what they need and leaves them better than before.

Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility.

Just imagine the impact you could make.

The purpose of this job is…..

Own and lead initiative governance across Customer Channels and Growth (CCG), ensuring disciplined delivery, clear visibility, and strong performance outcomes. Acting on behalf of the Director and leadership team, you partner with initiative owners and enterprise stakeholders to track milestones, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and support informed decision-making.

You will champion best-practice governance, optimise prioritisation and resource allocation, and leverage delivery tools and data insights to drive accountability and results.

Through leading a team of Strategic Channel Analysts, you will enable operational excellence, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the customer experience.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Proven experience delivering in agile or hybrid environments (e.g., Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile PM)
  • Deep expertise in a core delivery discipline (project management, business analysis, product ownership, or technical delivery) with strong cross-functional capability
  • Management Consulting experience is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills across diverse groups
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through change, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, ROI understanding, and delivery against business outcomes
  • Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with experience using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Azure DevOps, Planview)
  • Exposure to health insurance, FS or other regulated industries desirable.

Why you’ll love it?

You’ll love this role for the impact, variety, and opportunity it brings. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-profile initiatives that drive real business outcomes.

Every day offers something different, navigating complex challenges, collaborating across teams, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You’ll have true end-to-end ownership, giving you the chance to see your work translate into tangible results, while also leading and developing a small team. It’s a role where you can grow your leadership capability, sharpen your commercial and delivery expertise, and make a meaningful difference by improving performance, reducing costs, and enhancing the customer experience.

If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s shape the future of healthcare, together.

At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued. We are continuing to build teams that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Bupa is committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering a workplace and environment that is free of discrimination, bullying and harassment.

We actively encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ applicants.

We are dedicated to removing barriers to participation. If you need any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, or if you’d like to discuss how this role can be flexible for you, please let us know so we can support your participation on an equitable basis.
