This position will start as a 12-month max-term contract.
What will you be doing?
Coordinating stakeholder engagement through meetings, working groups, and consultations to facilitate effective information exchange and drive project progress in line with agreed plans.
Supporting project governance and delivery by maintaining schedules, scope, RAID registers, and documentation to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across RAC to identify solutions, define approaches, and ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Preparing reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership and governance forums, translating complex information into actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Monitoring performance and progress by sourcing, analysing, and reporting on data to identify emerging issues, dependencies, and risks, ensuring proactive resolution and informed planning.
Assisting with financial tracking and analysis including reconciliation of budgets, forecasts, and resource utilisation to support transparency and accountability in project delivery.
Contributing to continuous improvement by supporting post-implementation reviews, implementing improved processes, and providing general support across the broader program as required.
What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience in a project delivery, PMO, or project analyst role within a program environment—ideally involving mergers, acquisitions, or divestments.
Strong analytical capability with experience in data analysis, report preparation, and coordination of actions to support executive-level decision-making.
Sound understanding of project management tools and governance frameworks, ensuring disciplined tracking, reporting, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Commercial and organisational awareness, applying business insight to align project outcomes with strategic and operational goals.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline, with certification or training in recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMBOK highly regarded.
Collaborative approach with well-developed communication skills, able to build strong relationships and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Proactive and self-managed work style, demonstrating resilience, accountability, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience with MS Project or Jira will be highly regarded.
