About the role
We have a new opportunity for Workspace Contracts & Services Co-ordinator to join the Guinness team. This is a full time, 35 hours per week, permanent role based at our Oldham office. We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with working from home.
The purpose of this role is to provide co-ordinated administration support to the Workspace Management function.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience of working to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate verbally, and in writing are essential for this role.
You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills:
- Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
- Customer service experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on your own initiative.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable skills:
- Experience of working in Facilities management and workspaces.
- Experience of producing reports and managing data.
- Experience of demonstrating how to use systems and communicating management information.
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified to a GCSE grade 5 or equivalent in English & Maths.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualified to a grade 2 in a business-related subject.
