Workshop Supervisor (Ref.: 2600013E)

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of technical staff to carry out inspections, component replacements and repairs, as well as supervising and coordinating both scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled corrective maintenance activitiesEnsure readiness and availability of spare, tools and equipment for the maintenance task, and supervise activities including modification and improvement worksEnsure readiness, availability and function performance of rolling stock assets to meet the requirements of engineering worksManage Depot Shunting Operators to execute depot shunting and engineering trains formation in a safe and efficient mannerManage, supervise and collaborate with contractors to ensure that works are executed in a coordinated manner and meet engineering work requirementsConduct investigation and analyse failures of sophisticated on-track vehicles and determine corresponding rectification work Ensure mobility and flexibility in supporting Locomotive & Auxiliary Vehicle maintenance activities
