Our client, one of the leading agro-industrial companies in the DRC, is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for its Lubumbashi farm.

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of all spare parts for tractors,trucks, generators, and yellow machines. He is also responsible for ensuring compliance with internal audit and stock control procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store.

Missions & Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory of all spare parts for tractors,trucks, generators, and yellow machines (excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, etc.).

• Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are defined and respected.

• Monitor usage trends and forecast demand based on machine service schedules.

• Manage slow-moving or obsolete stock and propose actions.

• Ensure all incoming parts are checked, verified, and recorded in the stock system (quantity, quality, supplier documentation).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store.

• Use inventory software or Excel to record stock movements and maintain data accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with internal audit and stock control procedures.

• Support mechanics during urgent repairs by finding or suggesting alternative parts.
• Ensure firefighting equipment is available and maintained in the store area.

Required profile :

• Proven experience in searching, identifying, and verifying spare parts using online catalogues, manufacturer databases, and digital parts manuals (CLAAS, John Deere, etc.)

• Fluent in English

• Good mastery of Excel
