
Workshop Supervisor
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £51,000 – £56,000 DOE
An established manufacturing business in Droitwich is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee production operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
The role will involve managing production teams and overseeing product builds from start to finish. You will coordinate workloads, manage project schedules, liaise with supply chains and oversee stores to ensure the correct parts and materials are available when required.
Manage and coordinate production/workshop teams
Oversee product builds from start to finish
Allocate work and manage workloads to meet project deadlines
Liaise with supply chains and suppliers to ensure materials are available
Manage stores and stock levels
Ensure projects remain on schedule
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
Monitor production progress and identify potential issues
Support and develop team members
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience supervising production or workshop teams
Strong experience managing projects and production schedules
Confident managing people and allocating workloads
Experience working with supply chains, stores and stock control
Strong understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled qualifications desirable
Organised, proactive and able to work to tight deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary: £51,000 – £56,000 DOE
