About You

We're looking for a trade-qualified Workshop Supervisor with extensive heavy vehicle maintenance experience and a passion for leading teams. You are a safety-focused people leader who enjoys mentoring others, driving workshop performance, and delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes.

  • Experience leading and supervising a fleet or equipment workshop
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and compliance
  • Experience in the waste management, transport, logistics, or a similar heavy industry environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and administrative skills, with confidence using computer-based systems
  • Trade qualification and background in heavy vehicle maintenance
  • Current HR Licence (essential)
  • HC and Forklift Licences (desirable)
