Our client, one of the leading agro-industrial companies in the DRC, is seeking a Workshop & Agriculture operations Manager for its Lubumbashi farm.

The Workshop & Agriculture operations Manager is responsible for supervising mechanics, electricians, welders, service mechanics, and workshop assistants as well as supporting seasonal operations (planting, harvesting).

Missions & Responsibilities :

• Operations Support planning and execution of daily and weekly maintenance schedules for: Tractors and agricultural machinery Trucks, light vehicles, trailers Yellow machines (dozers, loaders, excavators)

• Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing is carried out on time

• Supervise mechanics, electricians, welders, service mechanics, and workshop assistants

• Support training and skill development of workshop staff

• Support workshop store management

• Monitor spare parts usage

• Maintain accurate records for: Maintenance and repair jobs

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management

Required profile :

• Proven experience in searching, identifying, and verifying spare parts using online catalogues, manufacturer databases, and digital parts manuals (CLAAS, John Deere, etc.)

• Solid management skills

• Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume stock.

• Experience in agricultural workshops, especially with heavy-equipment parts.

• Fluent in English

• Good mastery of Excel
