We are looking for an experienced Workshop Fitter to join our team inMackayThis role is a for a mechanically minded person with good attention to detail. You willbeself-motivated and adaptable as the job requires.

What your day to day looks like:

• Buildand reconditioning driveshafts for automotive, commercial, off highway and industrial applications.

• Machineof driveline components.

• Assemble,welding, and balancing of driveshafts.

• Generalworkshop duties as required

Skills and experience:

• Well-developed fitting andmachiningskillsobtained in a workshop environment.

• Have a sound mechanical aptitudeand knowledge.

• Experience operating manual lathesand welding equipment is essential.

• Demonstratea high degree of flexibility with job tasks.

• The abilityto participatein ongoing training and be open tonew ideas

• Proven safety and quality focus& performassigned duties in a safe and responsible mannerin accordance withCompany's Health & Safety policies & procedures.

• A willingnessto work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets
